Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital products are delivered shortly after a successful payment and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once access has been delivered.
We will review requests involving:
- a duplicate charge for the same purchase;
- a corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible file that we cannot replace or repair within a reasonable time; or
- a payment or refund right required by applicable law.
Contact us promptly with the purchaser’s name, purchase email, transaction date, and a description of the problem. A request does not guarantee a refund. When appropriate, we may first provide a replacement file or corrected access link.
Privacy Policy
We collect and use the information reasonably necessary to process purchases, deliver products, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations. This may include your name, email address, transaction details, communications, and technical information supplied by the services used to operate the storefront.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted to the payment processor and are not directly stored by this storefront. We also use service providers for automation, email delivery, file hosting, and website hosting, including Zapier, Google, Microsoft, and the site-hosting provider. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell customer personal information. We may retain order and support records for legitimate operational, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. To ask about your information or request an available privacy right, email us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
This storefront is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Policies may be updated as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change.
Terms of Use
You must provide accurate purchase and delivery information and use the storefront only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the storefront, attempt unauthorized access, misuse payment systems, or use purchased materials in a way that violates the license below.
Product descriptions and included files may be updated for clarity or usability. We do not promise that every product will remain available indefinitely or that every feature will meet a buyer’s individual business needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided without guarantees of business results, customers, assignments, revenue, profit, commission approval, or regulatory compliance.
We may suspend access or take reasonable protective action when we believe a purchase, download, charge, or use of the materials is fraudulent, unauthorized, abusive, or violates these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Digital Product License
Your purchase grants one purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to download, edit, and use the materials for that purchaser’s own personal or internal business operations.
You may not resell, sublicense, share, post, publish, distribute, upload to a shared marketplace, repackage, give away, or use the files to create a competing product or template library. You may not remove ownership notices or represent the materials as your original product. Purchasing the files does not transfer copyright, trademarks, or other ownership rights.
Employees or contractors may use completed internal-business documents for the purchaser’s operations, but access to the editable source materials should remain controlled by the purchaser unless a separate team or agency license is offered in writing.
